We want you to love what you ordered, so we offer 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items , just make sure they're unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and you have your proof of purchase handy (final sale, clearance, digital, personalized, and hygiene items aren't eligible, as is standard for these product types). A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened or used items, and while we're happy to cover return shipping for anything defective or incorrect, return shipping for other reasons is on the customer, original shipping costs aren't refundable. Once your return is inspected and approved, we'll get your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and we reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these guidelines.

As a small business, we put care into every order, most ship out within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, though exact timing depends on your carrier and location, so we can't guarantee an exact delivery date. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we're not able to cover reshipping costs for orders sent to an incorrect address, and once a carrier confirms delivery we unfortunately can't take responsibility for packages reported stolen after that point. International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays, which are the recipient's responsibility. If anything arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, just reach out within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
